Job Summary

As a Server, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a vibrant, energetic attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable dining moments by providing friendly, efficient service while ensuring all guests feel valued and satisfied. You will handle food and beverage orders with precision, process transactions smoothly, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests want to return time and again.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide menus, and answer any questions about our offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a lively and engaging presence at the table.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Assist with food preparation or bar service as needed, including cocktail mixing, wine pouring, and spirits knowledge application.
• Foster guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments with cocktail and spirits service is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of wine varieties, beverage pairing, and drink presentation enhances guest interactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing bills confidently.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
