The Briars Resort is looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Part-Time Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages in accordance with restaurant service standards
• Process guest bills and payments accurately
• Set up, clear and reset tables and dining areas
• Assist with weddings, banquets, group events and other resort functions as required
• Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming dining environment
• Work closely with Kitchen, Dining Room and other hotel departments to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly and dependable
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant and event environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous restaurant, hotel, banquet or serving experience is preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
