JOB SUMMARY

The Restaurant Server / Waiter is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests. The position involves taking and serving orders, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that restaurant service standards are consistently followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and properly.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's dining experience.
• Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Address guest concerns professionally and report serious concerns to the supervisor or manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Prepare dining areas with utensils, condiments, napkins, and other necessary service items.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, cashiers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Assist with restocking and other restaurant operational duties when required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, Food Service Crew, or Restaurant Crew is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and applicants without previous restaurant experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and approachable.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Punctual, responsible, honest, and dependable.
• Neat, well-groomed, and maintains good personal hygiene.
• Willing to learn and follow restaurant standards and procedures.
• Able to work effectively with a team.
