Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. * Must have flexibility - Wednesday, Thursday and other days

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are met
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry
• Basic math skills for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
