We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order handling. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with precision and flair, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely
• Upsell menu items including wine, specialty cocktails, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations during service and food handling
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when necessary to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and guest-focused approach
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
• Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required
