Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of POSi Touch craft cocktails is preferred, as you will assist with beverage orders and recommend drinks to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POSi Touch system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of craft cocktails, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and drink options to guests, including craft cocktails.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, bar, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of POSi Touch craft cocktails is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
