Position: Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, take accurate food and beverage orders, serve guests promptly, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to customers professionally.

Present menus, explain meals and beverages, and make recommendations.

Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Check on customers to ensure satisfaction.

Handle customer requests and complaints courteously.

Process bills and payments accurately when required.

Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and service areas.

Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.

Work closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; hospitality qualifications are an advantage.

Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-service skills.

Neat, presentable, courteous, and professional.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
