Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service from seating to farewell
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper beverage service etiquette
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and service
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
• Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge including spirits, wine pairings, and cocktail preparation
• Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and resolve any concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for processing orders and sales transactions
• Experience in cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, and wine pairing enhances your ability to upsell effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
