Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and seamless order management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from start to finish. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, cocktails, and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bar team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly.

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Proven ability in beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations expertise.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently using sales techniques like suggestive selling.
• Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required; hospitality background is essential.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions seamlessly.
