Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $17.60/hr.

Chef-Driven Menu: A tight, carefully curated traditional core menu paired with limited weekly specials that keep shifts dynamic.

Balanced Hours: Lunch and Dinner availability across flexible PT/FT schedules (Sun–Thu: 11 AM – 10 PM | Fri: 11 AM – 11 PM | Sat: 12 PM – 11 PM).

Who You Are

An Experienced Professional: You have at least 2 years of fine dining or high-end polished server experience under your belt.

A Knowledgeable Host: You possess strong beverage and flavour profile knowledge (wine/flavor pairing expertise translates seamlessly into our zero-proof pairing program).

Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated: You take pride in the sequence of service, menu guidance, and creating personal connections with guests.

Weekend Ready: You have flexible availability across afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends.
