You are all about creating experiences. As an experienced server, you are able to build rapport with guests. They know you, they like you, they consider themselves your 'regulars'. You love food and are knowledgeable about how it is prepared. You are a great communicator and excellent listener. You get to know your guests' likes and dislikes and can anticipate their needs. You're cooperative and a team-player!

Server Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
• enter orders into tablets to kitchen staff.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu & beverage menu, with the ability to make suggestions including wine
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
• Collect payments from tables.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary.

Server Requirements:

• Experience providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
