Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and open/close register procedures accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently during food service and food preparation
• Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Support team members by assisting with kitchen tasks or host/hostess duties during busy periods

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightlife exposure
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and check processing
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
