Job Description

As a Server, you will be the face of Carabao, delivering warm hospitality and exceptional service while guiding guests through a rich and authentic Filipino dining experience. Your role is crucial in creating memorable moments, from making menu recommendations to ensuring each guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and insights into Filipino cuisine and beverage pairings.
• Accurately take orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
• Ensure prompt food and beverage service while maintaining high service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, enjoyable dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and uphold the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about Filipino cuisine and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
