Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately while managing tabs with Toast POS systems
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards, wine pairings, cocktail recipes, and beverage options
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service skills, addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Toast POS systems
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and math skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Hospitality or restaurant experience that highlights your ability to serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
