Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert menu knowledge, and efficient order management. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and POS payments with precision
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
• Support team members by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and providing guest relations support as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Culinary experience or extensive food industry background preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking efficiently
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
