Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring proper presentation and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling cash safely
• Culinary experience or food industry background is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
