Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements effectively
• Demonstrate knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol service procedures

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong culinary knowledge including cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional customer service
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly
• Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is a plus
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling techniques
• Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
