About the Role:

We are looking to recruit a Server that will join our Front of House Team. This is a varied customer service role, with a primary focus on preparing and serving coffee, so barista experience is essential. You will also be responsible for plating and serving deserts, ice cream and helping customers at our retail counter. There may also be a requirement for you to support the front of house team on the floor, serving and taking orders.

What you'll be doing:

• Making and serving quality coffee, desserts and ice cream.
• Keeping the counter and service area clean and tidy.
• Cash handling and till and EPOS use.
• Supporting the front of house team wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What we're looking for:

• A strong work ethic and great attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• An understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety is beneficial, although full training will be provided
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Flexible availability as shifts will vary between weekends, weekdays and evenings
