Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience.

Location: Gateway Mall 2, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take and relay customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to company standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and concerns
• Set up and clear dining tables before and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Coordinate with the kitchen and Front of House team for efficient service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate
• With or without experience; experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
