PHOnomenal & Bar is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team. We are a busy Vietnamese restaurant and bar looking for team members who can provide excellent service while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Explain menu items and make recommendations when needed
• Enter orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs
• Process payments accurately
• Keep tables, service areas, and the dining room clean and organized
• Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Follow restaurant policies and health/safety standards
• Help maintain a positive and professional team environment

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus
