Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring prompt and attentive service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks with precision, upselling specialty cocktails and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food service areas and dining spaces.
• Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations when needed.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions; process payments swiftly while maintaining excellent guest relations.
• Support bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly to accommodate incoming guests, and provide exceptional guest relations throughout the shift.

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience in a food service environment is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, upselling techniques, and creating welcoming atmospheres.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Pay: $10.00 - $50.00 per hour
