Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and bussing tables as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling
• Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding menu items and food presentation standards
