Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Pay Rate $9.00hr plus Tips

Duties

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and food safety standards is essential.
• Experience with cash register operations and handling payments effectively.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
