Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring quick processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and proper beverage service techniques, including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink upselling
• Process cash and credit card payments efficiently, handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen experience protocols
• Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience through personalized service, upselling opportunities, and attentive guest relations

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service standards
• Knowledge of beverage service techniques including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, and drink presentation
• Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change handling, and sales processing
• Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
