Overview

We are on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether it’s taking orders, serving food and drinks, or ensuring guest satisfaction, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make all the difference. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales reports.
• Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry.

Pay: $23.45 - $40.00 per hour
