Job Summary

As a Server, you will be the heart of our dining experience, delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression on our guests. Your energetic and welcoming attitude will ensure each guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing transactions accurately, and creating a lively, memorable atmosphere. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transaction processing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting tables for new guests
• Share your beverage knowledge by recommending wine pairings or cocktail options to elevate the dining experience
• Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and handle any concerns professionally
• Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tables and coordinating with kitchen staff

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus for thriving in dynamic environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is desirable
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing sales efficiently
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
