Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or Aloha POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food preparation methods and ingredients.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server role or similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or Aloha POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in nightclub or fast-paced dining environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
