Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items are presented attractively.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests in a timely manner.
• Buss tables efficiently, clearing dishes and utensils to maintain a clean dining area.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for managing transactions and processing payments.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
