As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
