Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Support team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and providing guest relations to foster a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Experience in culinary settings or kitchen environments is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Host/hostess experience or background in guest services will be advantageous

Pay: $23.66 - $28.49 per hour
