Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information to guests, including specials and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to enhance guest relations.
• Process payments accurately through the POS system while adhering to phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering calls.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.

Skills

• Proficiency in Clover POS or similar restaurant management systems is preferred.
• Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of guest relations practices to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
