Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, and efficient handling of orders and transactions. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted clearly.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Provide detailed knowledge about menu items, including wine pairings, spirits, cocktails, and food ingredients to enhance guest experience.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food safety protocols.
• Build strong guest relations by delivering personalized service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events such as nightclub nights or private parties.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable for reservations is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to guest interactions.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
