At Foley Brunch & Supper Club, we believe great service is just as important as great food. Our servers are the heart of the dining room. You’re the one welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and making sure every table feels taken care of.

We’re a growing diner serving elevated comfort food, and we’re looking for people who take pride in hospitality, work well with a team, and genuinely enjoy making guests feel at home.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns efficiently

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking across serving, bussing, and food handling duties
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation standards
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure guest satisfaction
