Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bar tending duties including cocktail mixing, and bussing tables as needed
• Build rapport with guests by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and managing guest relations effectively

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales management
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing tabs
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
