Rumba Tropical Bar & Grill is seeking friendly, energetic, and responsible bilingual Servers to join our team at our Cuban restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Explain the menu, Cuban dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
• Take food and drink orders accurately in English and Spanish.
• Enter orders correctly into the Toast POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and other team members.
• Prepare tables, refill beverages, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work efficiently during busy restaurant and nightlife hours.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be friendly, reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
• Must meet all legal requirements to serve alcoholic beverages in Colorado.
