We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently and accurately
• Serve food and drinks with precision, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service flow

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of wine types, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales effectively
• Food industry knowledge including sanitation practices, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $5.35 per hour
