We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
• Provide menu recommendations, including specials and wine pairings, to enhance the dining experience
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and personalized service
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering tasks
• Prior host/hostess or serving experience preferred; culinary experience is a bonus for engaging with menu details confidently
