Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with club standards and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events and daily service
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and club policies

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
