Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable dining moments, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering guest loyalty. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations during busy periods

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Clover POS, and other Third-Party platform tablets.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Thai food to assist guests confidently
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently
• Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Strong communication skills for clear interactions with guests and team members
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
