Server Overview

Raramen is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Server to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, works well in a team, and can stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Check on tables and respond to customer needs
• Process payments accurately
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and side work
• Communicate and work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and ask a manager for assistance when needed
• Follow restaurant policies, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, responsible, and dependable
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask and manage multiple tables
• Must be a team player and willing to help others
• Must be available for some evenings and weekends
• Must arrive on time and be reliable for scheduled shifts
