About the Role:

As a Server at Lila's, you're the heart of the guest experience. You'll take care of people, deliver excellent service, manage tables with efficiency, and create moments that guests remember. You're friendly, organized, and passionate about hospitality.

Anticipated Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth
• Present menus and describe food and beverages knowledgeably
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen
• Deliver food and drinks with attention to detail
• Check in with guests and ensure satisfaction
• Handle payments and transactions
• Maintain table organization and cleanliness
• Support other servers and FOH team members
• Manage multiple tables with professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of server experience preferred (will train experienced hospitality workers)
• Friendly, engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented and supportive of colleagues
• Passion for taking care of guests
• Positive attitude under pressure
