Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Assist with food preparation and bussing tables as needed to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest relations and hospitality at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Knowledge of food service practices, including food preparation techniques, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with culinary practices is beneficial but not required.
