Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Server for dinner service, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a vital part of our food service team, you will handle food and beverage orders with precision, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and deliver outstanding guest relations that keep visitors coming back.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via Toast POS
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling procedures
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive relationships
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or bussing when needed in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or fine dining restaurants

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service
• Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction
• Background in hospitality or guest relations roles that emphasize communication skills and guest engagement
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
