Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, accurate food and beverage orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Previous restaurant experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering systems
• Clear tables, bussing as needed, and assist with setting up dining areas for new guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Assist with guest relations to create a memorable dining experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and inventory calculations
• Experience with food preparation, kitchen operations, or host/host roles is a plus
• Knowledge of guest relations techniques to foster positive interactions and repeat business
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
