We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Clear tables, bus tables as needed (bussing), and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
• Engage with guests to foster positive relations and address any special requests or concerns promptly
• Support bar service with drink preparation including spirits experience, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and beverage service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards during busy hours

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is a plus
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $7.25 - $100.00 per hour
