Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and can provide excellent customer service while staying organized and efficient.

Duties

• Assist team members and clients with daily inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize workflow
• Manage documentation, records, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support logistical arrangements such as supplies, equipment, or resource allocation
• Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes
• Monitor and maintain office or operational supplies, requesting replacements as needed
• Contribute to special projects or initiatives that enhance overall team productivity

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in basic office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating as part of a team
• Demonstrated reliability and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
• Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles is preferred but not required
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
