Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. This role involves working with the Clover POS system and supporting food delivery to tables as a Food Runner. The Server plays a vital part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Clover POS system
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely order preparation
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
• Support food delivery to tables as a Food Runner, assisting with the efficient flow of service
• Address guest inquiries and special requests courteously and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing dishes
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist in closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations

Skills

• Previous experience as a Server or Food Runner preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued
• Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45.0 per week
