Bottega Italiana Bali is looking for friendly and passionate servers to join our growing family! If you love delivering great hospitality and have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting, we would love to meet you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their tables with menus.
• Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks attentively and efficiently.
• Ensure guests enjoy their meal and handle any requests or concerns kindly.
• Clear and sanitize dining tables after guests finish.
• Keep dining supplies like cutlery, napkins, and condiments stocked.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Follow standard food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver genuine hospitality.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 1 year of experience as wait staff in a restaurant or cafe.
• Good spoken English communication skills (able to talk to guests with confidence).
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and welcoming personality.
• Great team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in carrying out daily duties.
• Experience with MokaPOS is a plus.
