*Job Summary*

Pay is $2.13/hour + tips.

We are currently open weekends only, (Friday - Sunday) we will have 2 shifts per pay covering lunch and dinner so this is a part time position. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and delivered.

*Responsibilities*

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer any questions regarding food and beverage selections.

• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.

• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of service.

• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns promptly.

• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

• Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times.

• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

*Experience*

• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of sales techniques to enhance guest experiences is a plus.

• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is beneficial.

• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash are essential.

• Experience in food safety practices, culinary skills, or food preparation is advantageous.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, particularly in high-pressure situations.
