Job Summary

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns promptly.
• Process guest payments and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, promotions, and beverage offerings.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bussers, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Assist in other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to multi-task.
• Outgoing, courteous, and friendly.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to work a minimum up to 4+ days per week.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous serving, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
• Experience with POS systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
• Ability to remain professional and positive under pressure.
• Pro Serve certification (or willingness to obtain, where required) is considered an asset.
